Our Apple Cider Vinegar is slowly aged in French Oak for 12 months to develop its uniquely smooth rounded taste.

This ACV is unpasteurised, unfiltered, raw and with "the Mother" in every bottle.

We're really sorry we are unable to ship to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island or Stewart Island.

Smells and tastes so very much better than others from the supermarket. I think it’s why people love my coleslaws. I make my dressing with it never mayonnaise. Also lovey with our garden beetroot.
