At Daily Organics we grow the scobys in the same certified premises that we brew and bottle our kombucha which creates strong healthy scobys for you to start brewing. We have over 5 years of experience brewing premium real traditional kombucha.

Yes, your scoby can be used again. To keep it healthy just make sure it is always submerged in some kombucha starter liquid. Over time it will also grow another scoby on top that can be separated off, so you can then have two kombucha brews on the go - bonus.

You can put your scoby jar with the lid on and keep it in the fridge. This will put the scoby into a dormant state so it won't keep fermenting.
It will be fine to leave in the fridge for up to a month. Later you can bring it out of the fridge when you are ready to put your kombucha brew together. Give it time for your scoby to come back to room temperature before adding it to your brew mixture.

You will need organic tea, organic sugar and pure water.
